Born at Hove, Sussex, England, Henry William Mobsby (1860-1933) was an English artist, photographer, and motion picture pioneer. He educated at Hampton Place school, trained in art, design, chemistry and commercial practice at the School of Arts, Brighton, and in London.
These photos from Aussie~mobs were taken by Henry Mobsby whilst in England with his wife Nellie and daughter Berta, from March 1908 to October 1909.
